Recovering a 10-strike call from three puts

Question

Given a stock at 88, a continuously compounded rate of 2%2\%, a bond paying 11 at T=1T=1, and European puts maturing at TT priced as follows: 0.40.4 (strike 55), 3.23.2 (strike 1010), 5.65.6 (strike 1515). Find, to two decimals, today's price of a European call on the stock with strike 1010 and maturity TT.

Short answer

1.401.40. Put–call parity reads C=P+S0−Ke−rTC=P+S_0-Ke^{-rT}. Using the strike-1010 put, C=3.2+8−10e−0.02≈1.40C=3.2+8-10e^{-0.02}\approx1.40; the other two puts are distractors.
