Contact SelfMadeQuant
Email selfmadequant@gmail.com for account, billing, privacy or content questions.
Never send your password, sign-in code or full payment-card details. For an account-specific question, use the email associated with your account and describe the problem.
You can also reach SelfMadeQuant through these public profiles. Use email for account, billing or privacy details rather than posting them publicly.
Sign-in and account access
Use Log in to sign in with your account email. If you use a password and have forgotten it, open Reset password and follow the verification steps.
If a verification email has not arrived, check the email address and spam folder before requesting another code. Never share a verification code with another person.
Membership, invoices and cancellation
Sign in and open Settings → Membership. Recurring members can use Manage billing and cancellation to open the Stripe customer portal. The portal shows the options available for that subscription.
If you purchased with a different email, use the email entered at checkout when connecting the purchase to your account. See the access terms and current membership plans before buying.
Resource downloads
Open the collection from Resources. A signed-in account or the resource-access email flow can unlock the library. Email access is remembered in that browser for 90 days; a different browser may ask again.
Entering an email for resource access does not sign you in or subscribe you to the newsletter. Read the resource-access terms for details.
Report a correction or technical problem
Include the page URL, the heading or formula, what you expected, what happened and enough detail to reproduce the issue. For a calculation, include the inputs and units; a short independent check or source link is useful.
Send a correction. Avoid including private account or payment details in screenshots.
Publication and data choices
The SelfMadeQuant publication on Substack is separate from membership. Manage newsletter subscriptions using Substack’s controls or the unsubscribe link in its emails.
For browser analytics controls and an explanation of stored account, learning and resource data, open Privacy and data use.
