Picking three companions for a long drive
Question
If you were setting off on a long road trip, which three people would you want in the car with you, and why?
Short answer
Use it to reveal your values. Pick people whose qualities you genuinely admire (curiosity, humour, resilience, expertise) and briefly say what you would want to learn or discuss with each. Interviewers are judging personality and how you think, so give reasons, keep it light, and avoid choices that could seem controversial or shallow.
