Have you ever had to dismiss a member of staff? If so, talk through how you managed the situation.

Be factual and show judgement and fairness. If you have, describe the context briefly, the warnings and support given beforehand, how you delivered the decision privately and respectfully, and what you learned. If you have not, say so and explain how you would handle it (documented performance issues, HR involvement, clarity and dignity). Interviewers look for maturity, not toughness for its own sake.
