Answering the question about your shortcomings

What would you say are your weaknesses?

Name a real but manageable weakness and show what you are doing about it. Pick something genuine that is not central to the role (e.g. limited exposure to a particular tool, or a tendency to over-polish work) and describe concrete steps you are taking to improve. Avoid disguised boasts like perfectionism with no evidence of change, and never name something that disqualifies you.
