A target you set too high or too low
Question
Tell me about a goal that turned out to be either far too easy or far too difficult. What did you take away from it?
Short answer
Describe the goal, why it was mis-set, and how you adjusted. The interviewer is looking for calibration: recognising quickly that the target was wrong, revising it with evidence, and using the lesson when setting later goals. Be specific about the change in your planning process.
