Team assignments with two marketing refusals

Question

A startup's 1212 employees must be split into a software team of 33, a content team of 44 and a marketing team of 55. Two particular employees, AA and BB, refuse to be on the marketing team. In how many ways can everyone be assigned?

Short answer

88208820. Fill marketing first from the 1010 eligible people in (105)=252\binom{10}{5}=252 ways; then pick software from the 77 who remain in (73)=35\binom73=35 ways, and the last 44 form the content team. So 252⋅35=8820252\cdot35=8820.
