What gets the best out of you

Question

What motivates you, and in what kind of setting do you do your best work?

Short answer

Be honest and align with the role. Name genuine drivers such as solving hard problems, measurable results, learning fast or competition, and describe the environment where you thrive (fast feedback, smart colleagues, ownership), with a short example. Interviewers check whether your motivations fit the desk's culture.
