Three perspectives on your character
Question
How would you describe yourself? How would your friends describe you, and how would a previous boss describe you?
Short answer
Give consistent, specific adjectives from each viewpoint, each backed by a quick example. The three views can emphasise different sides (for instance work ethic for the boss, loyalty or humour for friends) but should not contradict each other. Make sure at least some traits map onto what the role needs.
