Putting a monetary value on yourself

Question

If you had to assign yourself a dollar value, what would it be and why?

Short answer

Treat it as a valuation exercise, not a salary negotiation. Show structured thinking: for example, discount the expected value you would add to the firm over time, or anchor on market pay for comparable roles plus your distinctive skills. A clear framework and sensible assumptions matter more than the final number.
