Pitching yourself as a strong candidate

Question

Convince me that you are someone we should take seriously for this position.

Short answer

Make a short, evidence-based pitch. Pick the two or three qualities the role most needs (quantitative ability, coding, judgement under pressure, drive) and back each with a concrete achievement, then close by tying them to what the firm needs. Confidence is good, but stay factual rather than boastful.
