Question
If we asked your friends to describe you, what would they say?
Short answer
Pick two or three honest traits relevant to the job and support them. For example dependable, curious and good under pressure, each with a quick illustration. Keep it genuine and modest; the interviewer is checking self-awareness and whether you would be good to work with.
