Facing an ethical problem at work
Question
Tell me about an ethical dilemma you encountered at work and what you did about it.
Short answer
Describe the conflict, the options you considered and why you chose the course you did. Strong answers show integrity under pressure, escalating appropriately through managers or compliance rather than acting alone, and putting clients and rules ahead of convenience. Keep confidential details out.
