Comfort with a rough trading-floor culture
Question
Trading floors can be loud, blunt and full of bad language. Would that bother you?
Short answer
Show that you can handle a direct, high-pressure environment without being thrown. Explain calmly that you focus on the work and do not take bluntness personally, ideally with a brief example of staying productive in a stressful or noisy setting. Interviewers check resilience and fit; avoid either sounding easily offended or pretending you enjoy rudeness.
