Make the case for why we should not hire you.
Short answer
Answer honestly with a genuine gap, then put it in context. For example, admit limited experience in a specific area, explain how quickly you have closed similar gaps before, and why your other strengths outweigh it. Staying composed and candid matters more than the specific gap you choose.
