Addressing a team project that was failing
Question
Think of a group project that was not going well. What exactly did you say to the other members, and what happened next?
Short answer
Focus on constructive communication. Describe how you raised the issue directly but respectfully, kept the discussion on facts and the goal rather than blame, and agreed concrete next steps and ownership. Close with the outcome and what you would repeat or change, showing you can handle conflict maturely.
